Returns Policy

We accept returns only within the United States.

Most non-food items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Food products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to complete the refund.

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. We do not ship to other international destinations.
