Returns Policy

We accept returns only within the United States.

Most non-food items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Food products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to complete the refund.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. We do not ship to other international destinations.

Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and product availability.

Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions, especially for cross-border deliveries to Canada.

All shipping weights are calculated based on product specifications and may be rounded up in accordance with carrier requirements.
